Rackspace unveils media solution
Rackspace Hosting has released Rackspace Media Services, an enterprise-level solution to provide an open source, direct-to-consumer (D2C) Web infrastructure, says Market Watch.
Designed for music recording labels and other media segments that need to accelerate content delivery online, the service allows scalability to respond to fan demand, and create new revenue streams.
Rackspace Media Service utilises the company's experience in building and managing complex Web infrastructures build on a flexible, open source architecture.
Enterprise Architect 8 offers SOA framework
Sparx Systems, Cephas Consulting, and Methodologies Corporation unveiled the Service-Oriented Modelling Framework (SOMF) 2.0 with the release of Enterprise Architect 8, states PR Newswire.
