RedLinX, an ICT solutions provider, will be hosting and exhibiting "High-Performance Servers for Africa," which will be launched in Johannesburg and Cape Town respectively.
Computing systems manufacturer, Tyan Computer Corporation, will launch a range of its latest products during the company's first visit to Africa next month.
Tyan produces x86 and x86-64 server/workstation board technology platforms and server solution products, utilising either AMD or Intel latest technologies.
Tyan system board products are sold to system integrators, resellers and original equipment manufacturers around the world.
Tyan will visit SA for the first time for a five-day road show from May 8 to 12, hosted by RedLinX, the only licensed distributor of Tyan products in Africa.
Tyan representatives will demonstrate the company's latest products, including the VX50 an Octet (8-way) AMD Opteron Dual-Core capable system, which includes 16 CPU cores in one server.
Also on show will be Tyan's range of 1U and 2U servers, network appliances and rack-mounted chassis.
