Relyant Retail implements TRIAD: An SA furniture industry first

Relyant Retail Limited, one of SA`s major furniture retailers, has implemented TRIAD, the world`s leading account management system, from Fair, Isaac. PIC Solutions was chosen to assist with the project, which is a first for the South African furniture industry.

Ten South African consumer credit grantors now utilise the TRIAD system, which provides sophisticated risk management functionality, including modules for behaviour scoring and Champion-Challenger strategy testing.

With the impressive results achieved by over 150 TRIAD users worldwide, Relyant were keen to realise the major benefits improved credit management strategies would bring, as soon as possible. Accordingly, PIC Solutions personnel were retained to work closely with the Relyant credit risk team to project manage the implementation. This included defining the scope of the project, determining the technical architecture and host interface design, project managing and co-ordinating all business areas affected by the implementation and providing additional support services and testing resources.

PIC Solutions personnel have been involved in the successful implementation of every TRIAD system in SA, as well as implementations across Europe, North America, and the Middle East.
