Rethink Management Consulting continues to be an integral part of the workflow roll-out at Liberty Corporate Benefits, the unit of the Liberty Group that provides employee benefits products and services.
In addition to undertaking the associated process re-engineering and functional specification work, Rethink project manages the subsequent workflow software implementations. The workflow system used by Liberty Corporate Benefits is Mindkey`s workflow software, which has now become the de facto standard within the Liberty Group.
