Local distributor AmVia has announced that Captaris has joined the Siebel Alliance Program and successfully validated its integration of RightFax 8.5 with Siebel 7.5. Siebel Systems.
Captaris has forged this partnership with Siebel Systems to provide Siebel customers with an advanced enterprise fax and e-document delivery solution. RightFax gives users the ability to quickly and easily deliver literature, attachments and key CRM data directly from Siebel eBusiness Applications through the Internet or fax. This alliance leverages the strengths of both technologies, enabling customers secure e-document delivery solutions from within Siebel applications.
