Runco reveals its most affordable projector

Runco's most affordable 3D projector, the LS-12d is ideal for 'Flex-Theatre' spaces where big-screen entertainment is only a portion of the room's purpose, and aesthetics and placement are as crucial as video performance, while still providing an exemplary option for dedicated home theatres.

According to Audio Video Revolution, the LS-12d uses the SuperOnyx engine to provide improved black levels and adds ConstantContrast for frame-by-frame contrast correction.

The LS-12d utilises active-shutter 3D glasses technology and comes with three sets of glasses. The technology allows viewers to watch both 3D and 2D images on the screen at the same time, Twice notes.
