SAS wins 2008 Product of the Year Award from Customer Interaction Solutions Magazine

SAS for Customer Experience Analytics honoured for outstanding innovation

SAS announced recently that SAS for Customer Experience Analytics has received a 2008 Product of the Year Award from Technology Marketing's Customer Interaction Solutions magazine, which has covered customer relationship management (CRM), call centres and teleservices since 1982.
