Business solutions provider Safmarine Computer Services (SCS) has acquired reseller rights from Canadian-based company, COGNICASE, to supply Maximizer Enterprise for Notes (ME4N). ME4N is an award-winning modular customer relationship management (CRM) application designed to streamline customer management.
"Modularisation was a key factor in our decision to go with ME4N," said Business Unit manager Dave Blundell. "Unlike most CRM solutions where you are forced to buy the whole package upfront, ME4N can be broken up into customised modules to meet business requirements. This makes the solution affordable and ideal for small to medium businesses."
ME4N was awarded the Best in Showcase award at Lotusphere 2002 in Orlando for the second consecutive year. The Best in Showcase award, which is the conference's highest honour, represents best use of Lotus technology in a partner's application.
With over 250 installations worldwide, the solution consists of modules in contact management, sales force automation, help desk and customer service. It can be deployed quickly, easily and efficiently in small and large organisations alike.
"A key differentiating factor is that ME4N can be used through an Internet browser or notes client, it also integrates into other leading messaging solutions such MS Outlook, it includes MS Office Integration, encouraging client interaction, improving account knowledge, and fosters superior client care by building, strengthening and extending customer relationships," added Blundell.
