SecureData Content ties up distributorship with Enterprise Document Delivery

Johannesburg, 22 Jun 2007

SecureData Content, formerly Solutions for Business Intelligence (SBi), a subsidiary of SecureData Holdings, today announced that it had been appointed as a distributor for Enterprise Document Delivery (EDD).

EDD is an enterprise-wide document delivery application developed within the Actnet Print Concepts stable.

EDD offers:

* Secure and compliant electronic delivery that ensures electronic documents are delivered within global government regulation, legislation and compliance frameworks;
* An immediate return on investment, thus saving money by sending documents electronically instead of printing and posting;
* High adoption rates, since EDD is easy to use and its ability to harness the power of PDF encryption, promotes high user adoption rates;
* No third party decryption software and thus no need to download and install third party decryption software just to be able to access your documents, reducing PC support calls and vendor reliance;
* No systems integration needed as EDD obtains data from existing streams and converts it to electronic format without having to access enterprise business systems;
* True dot-for-dot electronic renditions of documents, as documents sent are an exact replica of originals and print perfectly every time on all computing platforms and even mobile devices;
* A secure storage database that ensures only users with granted user access rights have the ability to view stored documents;
* Robust, high performance application, since it processes up to 20 000 documents a minute; and
* Fully customisable reports.

"EDD complements many of our other activities," commented Tony Nutter, Managing Director of SecureData Content. "We identified a need for this type of delivery capability and consequently negotiated a distributorship with them. We are already seeing the benefits of such a relationship within our customer base and look forward to long and mutually beneficial partnership with them."
