SecureData Solutions has confirmed that its JSE listing will be terminated at the end of this month, prior to the unbundling of its last asset and its winding-up.
The group announced in June that it would wind up after unbundling its remaining asset - its 33% stake in ERP.com - to shareholders.
The ERP.com shares were received when SecureData sold its product division to ERP.com with effect from August 1999.
The SecureData board said it considered various options relating to the company's future, but decided none were appropriate.
The company says a general meeting will be held on 23 August. Following the meeting, the board expects the listing to be suspended with effect from the close of trading on 29 August.
The termination of the listing will take place on 31 August, which is also the record date for the unbundling.
The effective date of the unbundling will be 3 September, it says.
The company expects the winding-up to be completed by the end of March next year.
The SecureData share was untraded at 5c this morning.
