In Oct 2004 SAP Africa launched SAP Business One in South Africa, SAP Business One is an easy-to-use business and operational management solution for emerging and dynamic businesses ranging in size from 10 to several hundred employees. The solution is simple yet powerful, allowing an immediate and complete view of both business operations and customer activities. It is developed by SAP and delivered by SAP Channel Partners that provide local services and support.
Silverhedge One Solutions has taken on the challenge of performing the role of Value Added Distributor for the SAP Business One product within the Sub-Sahara African market, and as such is responsible for at least 50% of the distribution of the software within these markets in SAP Africa's behalf.
Currently, Silverhedge One Solutions has made inroads into the South African market with a base of Channel Partners that span throughout South Africa, and covers large areas of West, East and Central Africa. A total base of more than 20 partners, speedily growing ensures rapid deployment of the SAP Business One product, with high levels of customer satisfaction and end user service being the focus of delivery.
