Simeka Business Solutions Group COO Kamal Ramsingh has resigned as an executive director of the company.
On Friday afternoon, the company told shareholders that Ramsingh would step down from the board at the end of next month. However, he will "continue to act in a consultative role for the remainder of the year".
Last month, deputy CEO Bradley Hopkinson quit in order to take a position at Microsoft's head office in Redmond. At the time, Hopkinson said he was making the move for the benefit of his children's future.
