SmartDraw.com has released SmartDraw CEMM 2007. The customer expectation management methodology (Cemm) is used for designing and improving business processes, according to BusinessWire.

BPM is the practice of continually optimising business processes through analysis, modelling and monitoring. It is a systematic approach for solving business problems and helping companies meet their financial goals.

Cemm is a BPM method for creating business processes with a focus on delivering a good customer experience, which in turn generates customer loyalty by removing points of failure and eliminating causes of work.

WhiteHat provides Web site management

webMethods has selected WhiteHat Sentinel as its Web site vulnerability management solution, says Earth Times.

WhiteHat Sentinel will provide ongoing assessments to webMethods' Web sites to help ensure the of proprietary customer and corporate information at all times.

webMethods provides business process integration to corporations and government agencies, and provides an integrated platform to deliver both service-oriented architecture and BPM.

Nadra deploys BPM suite

The National Database and Registration Authority (Nadra) of Pakistan is using the Ultimus BPM Suite to automate core administrative processes, according to BusinessWire.
