Local empowered digital process automation provider, Abnoba, has announced that Softline Pastel has upgraded and extended its E-Document Delivery Platform to manage increased communications as a result of aggressive growth in new client acquisitions.
With fax still being a critical communication channel for Softline Pastel`s large SME client base, the company has had to maintain its high service levels. RightFax and e-document delivery solutions help organisations achieve significant cost reductions and increase customer service levels by integrating and automating the flow of a full range of fax, paper and electronic documents and data.
Abnoba`s CEO, Fairoz Jaffer, says: "Softline Pastel needed to reduce the costs of communication, improve productivity and provide higher levels of service to their customers. Our solution enables Softline Pastel`s staff and service agents to receive faxes in their inbox and have the ability to send faxes and encrypted PDFs from their desktop. This means customer requests can be received and processed speedily. Service agents can now also track fax delivery."
Jaffer continues to state that Softline Pastel`s commitment to customer service by investing in technology and Abnoba as a strategic technology partner is part of Softline Pastel`s focus on improving efficiencies and communications with both its customers and business partners.
Tanya Miranda, Softline Pastel`s Support Director, concludes: "Softline Pastel`s philosophy has always been to partner in our customers business and deliver robust, feature-rich and pragmatic software applications. Both Softline Pastel and Abnoba share the same philosophy on customer service. We also share a strategy of being the number one solutions provider with our respective technology solutions. Abnoba, together with Galdon Data, has extensive experience in providing business information delivery solutions to customers who wish to reduce communication cost, improve productivity and provide a higher level of service to their partners and customers."
