FutureSchool, a company in the Software Futures stable, is providing training and support for Seagate Software Crystal Reports and Info end users, as well as implementation staff at resellers.
The school, formed a year ago, offers both advanced and introduction courses, and provides accredited lecturers and consultants who have on-going experience with Crystal Reports in the field.
Dave Peters, senior consultant, training at FutureSchool, says: "We`re not a Seagate reseller and are therefore ideal for resellers who wish to outsource their Crystal training and consulting. We offer a holistic training service including post-course follow-up and mentoring. Training can be given at FutureSchool or at a Customer`s site."
He says that most, if not all applications must have a reporting function. Crystal supports entry to high-end level reporting and is ideal for any reporting requirement. "It gives you the controls to manage and use the reports and we see ourselves as establishing Crystal Reports and Info as one of our key training offerings."
Vivek Thomas, regional manager, Middle East and Africa at Seagate Software, says FutureSchool is expanding the local technical support base for Seagate Software customers. "Providing skills to the local market means our products will always be supported, and we believe FutureSchool has the right in-house skills and resources to accomplish this."
He adds: "Analysis and reporting on information housed within the corporation is a critical aspect of security, as well as for developing customised solutions and maintaining the integrity of business data." Seagate Software Crystal Reports and Crystal Info are business intelligence tools integrating with a range of partner software and offer reporting and analysis to users.
