ARMS is a fully integrated Payroll and Human Resource Management System which can be customised to reflect a company's Human Resource policies and philosophies. The system interfaces with most popular Financial and Time Attendance systems and offers flexible reporting options.
This web-based system has already left its footprint both locally and internationally, thus proving its strong selling feature of being totally user defined and customisable. The system has credibility in that it ensures legal compliance with current Employment and Labour Relations Legislation.
In addition to providing a real-time payroll facility, the system has comprehensive measurement; forecasting and comparative functions that will enable your company to carry out sophisticated manpower planning, what-if scenarios, career succession and performance management exercises. The system is also able to track your company's compliance to your Employment Equity Plan and your Skills Plan and track the company's performance against the plan, highlighting areas where compliance to plans are not being met.
The ARMS system is designed as a scalable system, running on a Pentium Notebook or a file server that can be attached to number of PC's or thin clients. Information can be captured via a cell phone, Intranet or a Kiosk.
