Sondeza, a black empowerment investment and transformation company, has acquired a 25.1% stake in Rethink Management Consulting (Pty) Ltd. Rethink has been in the consulting arena since 1996, providing a broad range of services helping companies develop and improve their back-office and administrative operations.
"We fully endorse transformation as encompassed in the various BEE charters and are very pleased to have secured Sondeza as our BEE partner," commented Kem Tissiman, Managing Director of Rethink.

"Rethink clearly meets our investment criteria, which mandates that a company should be one that embraces transformation and the new SA, as well as being a fast growing organisation with significant intellectual capital."
Sondeza is positioned as a broad-based black empowerment company through the shareholding held by a number of executive and operational black shareholders as well as Women Investment Portfolios Holdings (Wiphold). The aim of Sondeza is to facilitate the successful transformation of its 'investee` companies and to ensure these companies comply with the spirit and requirements of the ICT charter.
Through active transformation, Sondeza aims to assist Rethink in growing the value of its equity. Sondeza`s Transformation Advisory Board has been appointed to direct the implementation of this transformation strategy, while Transformation Advisory Board member Khaya Dlukulu has been appointed as the new chairman of Rethink`s board.
