Spescom DataFusion, the contact centre operation of the multinational Spescom group, has been selected by brokerage firm T-Sec to supply the DataVoice proprietary recording solution. The DataVoice Libra solution is a cost-effective, full-featured digital voice capturing solution.
According to Spescom DataFusion MD, Paul Fick, companies in high risk industries such as the financial sector rely on recordings for legal purposes and to ensure customer transactions are documented.
"The Libra solution records and archives outgoing and incoming calls. The extensive search capabilities allow users to easily search and access relevant items," says Fick.
"T-Sec is relocating offices and requires a solution that is scalable. Libra is flexible and will allow for all growth requirements."
