International UPS manufacturer American Power Conversion (APC) has conferred APC Global Services (AGS) status upon Square One Power Solutions, the uninterruptible power supply (UPS) specialist in the JSE-listed ICT company Square One Solutions Group.
Square One Power Solutions is also an APC Gold certified partner in southern Africa.
Neil Burnard, managing director of Square One Power Solutions, says the AGS status enables Square One Power to guarantee to customers using APC uninterruptible power supply (UPS) equipment that installation and commissioning is of the highest quality and that they will receive preferential support backed by minimum response times and immediate spares availability.
"The AGS status confirms Square One's capability to calibrate, install, commission and support uninterruptible power solutions based on APC products, thereby reducing the risk to the customer. The concept aims to provide customers with complete peace of mind, knowing that the high availability of their critical power installation will be maintained."
The AGS programme includes ongoing advanced training from APC that ensures partners move beyond standard response times in servicing their customer bases while providing customised approaches that result in the highest possible level of uninterrupted business process availability.
