Staffware strengthens position in business process management market with Staffware Process Suite

Johannesburg, 23 Oct 2001

The launch of the StaffwareProcess Suite heralds a new suite of fully integrated business process management (BPM) products, developed over the last 18 months to meet the demands of all high-volume, mission-critical business process requirements of any organisation.

Says Mark Ehmke, managing director of Staffware SA: "Extending the functionality of the Staffware 2000 and Staffware CRM products, the Process Suite provides a complete set of tools to transform and streamline internal processes and tasks of an enterprise. It will be available on a wide range of technology platforms with unrivalled interoperability."

The Staffware Process Suite also facilitates the effective integration and automation of internal operations with those of trading partners ie customers, suppliers and intermediaries, providing BPM and CRM technologies as a foundation for improvements in organisational productivity; adherence to statutory, industry and management regulations; increased levels of customer service and greater competitive advantage.

The Staffware Process Suite represents more than 100 man-years of development by Staffware in the UK and US, together with third-party best-in-class components. It is a multi-layered, 10 component suite, which Staffware`s customers and partners can take on a component by component basis or as the complete offering. The crown jewel within the suite is the new iProcess engine which takes Staffware`s server-based technology to greater levels of scalability and resilience, aimed at straight through processing (STP) and the Business Process Outsourced market specifically.

The Staffware solution also lets customers, agents and suppliers become an integral part of the enterprise. The suite combines the best of both human and automated process management technology, allowing companies to concentrate on the process itself rather than simply how to access data.
