Stand By Soft releases PM app
Stand By Soft has released RationalPlan 3.10, a project management software application developed to assist project managers to create plans, track progress, allocate resources, manage budgets and analyse workloads, according to Live-PR.
RationalPlan is suited for applications in the area of construction, engineering, services and consulting software development or for a simple student project.
Important changes for this version include easier resource levelling, better Mac integration, import of MS Project .mpx files, configurable toolbar, privacy export in Multi Project, file type associations and bug fixes.
PMI-GAC accredits Capella degrees
The Project Management Institute Global Accreditation Centre for Project Management (PMI-GAC) has accredited two Capella University online degree programmes - the MS in IT with a specialisation in Project Management; and the BS in IT with a specialisation in Project Management, says SYS-CON.
PMI-GAC acts as the sole governing body for the policies, procedures and standards for accrediting project management programmes at the bachelor, master and doctoral degree levels.
Capella, an accredited, fully online university, is one of less than two-dozen institutions in the world that have received this recognition.
Method123 releases PM tools
