AltX-listed Vox Telecoms has yet to complete the integration of Storm Telecoms into operating divisions: Orion Telecoms, DataPro and @tlantic.

In February, Vox executive chairman Tony van Marken said the group wanted to integrate the acquisition "quickly and effectively". This should take about a month, he said.

However, yesterday's release of the company's interim financials for the six months ended 29 February reveals the assimilation of Storm is still under way.

"Storm is the only acquisition that has not yet been completely integrated into the group. We anticipate that voice revenues will take slightly longer than the revenues to integrate into Orion, given that there are materially more voice customers than data," it says.

Despite effectively acquiring five businesses during the period under review, Vox's staff complement only increased by 63 people.
