Local enterprise business solution provider, Strategix Business Solutions, has achieved Dell Tier One status.

According to Strategix, Dell has realised the value of the channel and has made substantial investments in introducing a channel model to the market, changing its initial strategy of only selling direct.

Strategix MD, Steve Dalgarno, says: “Dell decided to go through a rigorous selection process in streamlining its channel to ensure customers receive the quality of service and delivery they have become accustomed to over the years. We are extremely proud to be awarded this status, considering that only six received this accreditation.”

According to Dalgarno, the company was also recently invited to the Microsoft Dynamics President's Club, an elite club that recognises the top 5% of Microsoft Business Solutions partners worldwide.

Strategix has evolved, notes Dalgarno, from a Microsoft Dynamics company in 2004, to a comprehensive enterprise business solution provider today, providing ERP, CRM, business intelligence, Microsoft Sharepoint, SQL, Exchange, Active Directory, SCCM, SCOM, database analysis, business continuity, disaster recovery and Dell infrastructure solutions.
