IT systems distributor, Corex, has announced the South African launch of Thermaltake Technology`s DDR modular memory cooler, the Cyclo.
Says Corex product manager, David dos Santos: "The inspiration for the aerodynamic design of the Cyclo came from free bicycling competitions and the way cyclists `slice` through the wind.
"Computer modification is a bottomless pit and modders will never be satisfied, but the Cyclo`s ability to cool up to four sticks of RAM at the same time, along with its superior styling and design, will soon make this cooler a favourite among computer enthusiasts."
The two sets of 40mm clear LED fans increase the cooling capacity of the heatsinks without increasing the noise of the computer system.
The Cyclo can be installed on either side of the memory modules, depending on the preference of the user. The two ends of the unit are designed ergonomically so that installation can be convenient and trouble-free.
