Cape Town-based Swist Group Technologies will launch its Datavoir GSM Telecom Suite at the Oracle Open Day to be held at Oracle's headquarters in Midrand on Thursday, 6 May 2004.

Datavoir meets the requirements of emerging operators by providing the essential functionality to manage a GSM network. The core module incorporates the crucial elements of the more advanced modules as well as providing full access to all detailed call records.
Datavoir also meets the requirements of established operators who require advanced functionality, through its range of 15 modules. These include billing, fraud, revenue assurance and more.
Datavoir is deployed on Linux and other mainstream Unix platforms, utilising Oracle 9i database technology. Due to this refined design, Datavoir can be rapidly deployed in an operator's environment.
Based on the initial positive response from African GSM Operators, Swist Group is now poised to expand its operations into the African continent and Eastern Europe.
