Synergy is pleased to announce that it has been awarded IBM 'Premier' partner status, the highest level of accreditation available to IBM Business Partners.
Through the PartnerWorld membership programme, points are earned by demonstrating skills through technical certifications, driving IBM revenue, submitting client references and achieving customer satisfaction.
According to Christo Bredenkamp, Managing Director: “This recognition is well-deserved and further proof of the high regard the IBM community has for us.”
Bredenkamp reflected that for the past three consecutive years, Synergy has been recognised by Cognos for its ability to flexibly address the market needs of its clients. In both 2007 and 2008, Synergy was named Cognos Reseller of the Year, and more recently, was named 'The Top Business Partner in General Business' for 2009 by IBM.
Specialising in business intelligence and financial performance management, Synergy BI offers a complete range of services for an organisation's performance management requirements, including development and implementation of performance management solutions and the associated training and support.
Bredenkamp explains: “The extent to which we engage with our customers depends largely on the level of skill available in the organisations we deal with. In some cases this involves a complete outsourcing of the BI and or FPM function, others use our skills to supplement their own, and still others use us in an advisory capacity only.”
Bredenkamp noted: “As a result of Synergy's new Premier Partner status, we will be able to take advantage of further partner benefits from IBM, which are aimed at assisting us to build and sell IBM-based solutions to better meet our clients' needs.”
