Tarsus Technologies, the distribution arm of MB Technologies, has availability of Epson`s latest release: the FX-980 dot-matrix printer. The new model does not replace the previous FX-880, but compliments the range by offering a higher specification.

The FX-980 advanced paper handling allows various media types to be fed through the printer, making the new model ideally suited to the corporate market. In addition, the Status Monitor 2 utility for Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows 3.1 and Windows NT 3.5x/4.0, allows the user to monitor their printer status more conveniently and efficiently. It alerts the user when printer errors occur, and provides troubleshooting instructions when needed.
