Epson says that, following the launch of "Team Epson" in June last year, four new companies have come on board, contributing to the continued growth of the company in the local market.
The four new companies, Foto First, Foto Cats, Datacentrix and Digital Proofing & Imaging, have been identified as resellers that will play a key role in helping Epson achieve its business objectives.
"The four new Team Epson members are all well-established companies with good customer bases, and the company is extremely pleased that they have joined Team Epson," says Hans Dummer, GM of Epson SA.
Aimed at formalising its channel activities and identifying and assisting its resellers, the programme follows a theme of "leadership through team work" alongside of which Epson runs various incentives on a quarterly and annual basis.
"While formal authorisation is by invitation only, the opportunity is open to any Epson SA reseller that wishes to work towards meeting the programme`s stringent selection criteria," says Dummer.
Criteria include the size and scope of the organisation, the value of its current Epson business as supplied by the local distributors, as well as its commitment to increasing that business.
