Lexmark International SA has announced that its service subsidiary, Tech-nique Corporate Services, had entered into a strategic partnership with PartServe Channel Support (Pty) Ltd.
Tech-nique is the owner of official Lexmark parts and accessories for Southern Africa and controls the supply chain for such equipment, as well as owning the warranties and maintenance responsibilities for Lexmark products and supplies. As such, its focus is on the provision of quality service while remaining competitive in the marketplace.
PartServe has now been appointed as the sole preferred parts and accessories distributor for Southern Africa in order to enhance the delivery, coverage, reach, and availability of Lexmark parts and accessories. In addition to this, the partnership will enhance service delivery with Lexmark International SA northwards across the border.
"This partnership complements and enhances Lexmark`s Total Cost of Printing value proposition, and aligns us with a leading South African parts organisation," commented Mike Bekker, MD of Tech-nique.
