Prisma Solutions, a leader in forms processing end e-business automation solutions, has announced the availability of the Distributed Verification Module for TELEform Enterprise v7.1.
The product was developed to integrate with the Citrix MetaFrame application, which enables real-time verification and document indexing over a distributed network environment with enhanced security, server-side data validations and batch management capabilities that are not found in Web-only approaches.
TELEform is the market-leading solution for automating the processing of paper forms and documents. TELEform uses optical character recognition (OCR) and advanced recognition capabilities to convert handprint, bar code and other printed data into online information. This reduces the cost of data entry and other printed data into online information by up to 90%.
In addition, TELEform allows organisations to automatically confirm and validate incoming data through the use of business rules processing.
TELEform automatically confirms and validates incoming data through the use of business rules processing. Prices, part numbers, employee and customer information can be automatically compared with existing databases where exceptions will be passed to the verification module for human review.
Often high-volume capture customers need to support remote workers, either because the organisation is national or global, or because it takes advantage of the worldwide labour markets.
Cardiff`s Teleform leverages the performance, security and data access with Citrix MetaFrame for the Distributed Verification Module.
Hugo Leuner, MD, Prisma Solutions, explains that Cardiff`s selection of Citrix MetaFrame at the basis for the distributed verification eliminates tradeoffs associated with a partial Web-based approach.
MetaFrame is considered state-of-the-art for distributing enterprise-level applications. Prisma`s customers will get high-performance without sacrificing features or performance.
Prisma believes that distributed verification is an important new capability for high-volume processing within large organisations and service bureaus.
Prisma deems that instead of providing a different version of TELEform for the Web, Cardiff has put TELEform on the network. This will allow organisations to avoid additional training and administrative costs.
