The latest National Tender Bulletin is even thinner than last week's dismal offering; however, the issue does offer good news for the ICT sector.

Jumping to the end of the edition, government awarded numerous contracts in the last days of the financial year which closed on Saturday. New advertisements remain on the low side, but bidders will be pleased to find the issue contains no cancellations.
