This week's National Tender Bulletin is a sombre affair with little to offer hope to the industry. Particularly disappointing is news from the State Information Technology Agency, which in recent times has only made rare appearances in the advertisements.
The latest edition sees government's technology specialist losing further ground as it cancels several of the few tenders it has issued.
