The Fujitsu Siemens Computers CELSIUS H240 is new to the mobile professional market. Available now through Annex Distribution, this device combines the latest in processor and graphics technology with the power of a workstation into a notebook format.
The CELSIUS H240 is powered by Intel Core Duo Processor technology; can be configured with up to 4.0GB DDR 2 667/533MHz SDRAM for memory demanding applications and Professional 256/512MB OpenGL PCI-Express workstation graphics.
The product is particularly efficient as a mobile digital workspace for professionals who use high-end CAD applications and rely on accurate visual material. The CELSIUS H240 is CAD-certified meaning that it is an officially recognised technology that is able to accommodate CAD software to assist drafters and designers with diagrams, schematics, blueprints and graphics.

"The integration of Bluetooth, optional wireless LAN and embedded UMTS will ensure that the user never looses connectivity. A new port replicator is also available as an option to acquire connection to peripherals," explains Gibb. "The CELSIUS H240 is designed to perform, especially within graphic-intensive and high data volume environments. It features 15.4-inch WUXGA high resolution display, with an ultra-wide viewing angle, independent sets of mouse buttons for touch-pad and touch-stick."
