When a game is released at the same time as the movie it is based on is, people will undoubtedly have certain expectation. It is a fact that games relating to Marvel will always draw a lot of attention.

The game is based on the original comic but does contain elements of the movie. Fortunately, it gives us a new story line, although the characters in the game are closely related to those of the characters played in the movie.

It incorporates a dual gaming mode scenario in which you play both as the Hulk and as Bruce Banner. Whilst playing as Banner you are in stealth mode and your fighting skills are limited. You also have to keep your character`s mood under control to avoid Banner turning into the Hulk.

On the other hand, playing as the Hulk allows you to express the anger built up while playing as Bruce and now you have the power to prove your strength and invincibility.

With features that include fight simulations and graphics that immerse you in the experience, The Hulk is a worthy gaming experience.

Unfortunately, the keypad controls could take some getting used to. However, the simulation of commands is highly interactive. The Hulk possesses enhanced powers that produce enhanced fighting techniques.

Although the install process is a bit lengthy, the game loading time is quicker than most other new titles. The full install is 1.9GB of hard drive space, but it is a small price to pay for a highly graphically orientated gaming experience.

The sound effects influence game play, from super gamma blasts to the grunts that the Hulk makes.

The graphics also far exceed any expectations. In-game play and the cut-scenes are outstanding and make you really want to watch it.

You have to ensure you have at least 256MB of memory and a 64MB graphics card to fully experience the title. A game pad will also make gameplay more enjoyable.

The Hulk is a game worth buying and one you can keep on playing. So, keep your fingers rolling, and keep dropping those soldiers.
