The Notebook Company, the Pretoria-based retailer of notebooks and accessories (

), has announced it has acquired the dealership to sell Fujitsu Siemens, adding to its already existing brands of Acer, IBM, Mecer, Asus, Compaq/HP and Toshiba.
Christopher Riley, CEO of The Notebook Company, said the landing of the new dealership - which incorporates the Fujitsu Siemens Lifebook and Amilo Pro series - will "ensure more variety for our customers".
"While The Notebook Company focuses on selling brand-name notebooks, it caters for clients from all walks of life - whether it be the executive user, student or small business owner.
"The new Fujitsu Siemens range is expected to prove popular among our clients and we believe this additional range could boost our revenues by as much as 10% during the next 12 months."
