Notebook and accessories retailer, The Notebook Company, has announced it is going online with its own auction site "just as planned" before Christmas.
The Notebook Company sells new laptops, rents laptops out on a short-term basis, and repairs them.
Christopher Riley, CEO of The Notebook Company, said: "One of the biggest struggles that we have faced is getting rid of old rental units without competing with our new products on offer. The online auction site is expected to resolve this problem."
Riley also announced the company has increased its support and technical staff complement to "manage an increasing demand for notebooks, especially the renting of notebooks".
