South African distributor Corex has announced the availability of Thermaltake Technology`s compact version of its well-known Armor Super Chassis, the Armor Jr.
Armor Jr features all the DNA that has made the Armor Super Chassis so popular but on a smaller scale - offering a lightweight, cool, quiet, user-friendly and stylish alternative to modern LAN gamers.
The chassis features an all-new and all-aluminium front panel structure that maximises space. Furthermore, the new structure features five 5.25-inch drive bays and six 3.5-inch drive bays in standard ATX mode.
Importantly, the chassis is future-proofed allowing for BTX upgradeability. Under the BTX setup, the Armor Jr can hold three 5.25-inch drive bays and six 3.5-inch drive bays. The Armor Jr is also compatible with future liquid cooling systems.
Adds David Dos Santos, product manager at Corex: "Thermaltake has designed the Armor Jr according to consumer recommendations that include making the 3.5-inch cage removable for easy installation. The chassis is also available in windowed and non-windowed versions."
The Armor Jr is available in black or silver.
