#ThinkJohannesburg tackles infrastructure for evolving workloads

Learn how to engineer the right infrastructure with cloud and AI to support business.

Johannesburg, 18 May 2018

Today's IT landscape is undergoing disruption, forcing the reinvention of business computing to meet the needs of traditional and emerging workloads.

The shift is fuelled by data and is delivered in the cloud. This is driving enterprises to seek cloud-ready systems capable of crushing the most advanced data applications as well as new artificial intelligence (AI) workloads.

#ThinkJohannesburg, on 20 June 2018 at the Kyalami Grand Prix Circuit, will feature 'The Modern Infrastructure Hub', where delegates will meet industry leaders and IBM experts and learn how to build and run the most important aspects of digital transformation.

There will be demonstrations of how the best performing and most secure platforms can reliably handle most data-intensive applications while working seamlessly with existing investments.

Delegates will also get an opportunity to learn how the right storage infrastructure strategy can help monetise their data.

What you'll find at The Modern Infrastructure Hub

* With IBM Z community delegates will be able to connect through shared interests and develop expertise.
* Fellow Power Systems users will teach and give insights on the latest Power news and activities.
* The IBM Storage Solutions community will help delegates connect, learn and share with storage experts.
* IBM LixusOne community will focus on enterprise Linux systems for extreme security, speed and scale.
