Time Business Systems, an office automation supplier and service provider based in Christchurch, in the UK, has been acquired by South Africa's Itec Group in a deal that boosts Itec's presence on the south coast of England.
Time Business Systems is a leading supplier and service provider of photocopiers, printers, scanners, fax machines and multifunctional products to over 1 600 customers in Bournemouth, Dorchester, Southampton, Portsmouth, Salisbury and the surrounding area. The company was founded in 1997 by UK businessman, Selwyn Burke.
Says Burke, managing director of Time Business Systems: "This is a great step forward for us. As part of the global Itec family, we have access to an even broader range of hardware products, better buying power and access to Itec's state-of-the-art print management and document workflow solutions.
