He said pivotal to achieving the goals of the reform programme was the need to build and manage a motivated and efficient workforce at FIRS, with the aid of an integrated human resource management system.

Talent Acquisition is part of Ceridian's HR software HRevolution, which manages automatic responses to candidates via e-mail and SMS, controls job posting from a single location and reduces administration.
