Toshiba guarantees 'no matter what'

Johannesburg, 02 Apr 2009

Toshiba has brought its 'No Matter What Guarantee' consumer promotion scheme to South African shores, offering consumers benefits when shopping for a new PC.

The company says during uncertain economic periods, when people are looking for the most value for their money, its 'No Matter What Guarantee' will give them peace of mind.

Customers purchasing a Toshiba laptop, as per the scheme, are eligible for advanced cover against accidental damage and product . It also includes a return , subject to certain terms and conditions. This allows consumers to return their purchased product if they decide it isn't what they were looking for.

The scheme helps customers decide on a laptop that meets their specific needs, Toshiba says.

Reon Coetzee, Toshiba sales manager for SADC and Africa, notes: “First and foremost, the scheme exists solely to provide consumers with additional confidence when purchasing Toshiba laptops, but it also shows the high esteem in which we hold the products that we produce.

“Through this scheme, we offer consumers the ability to try Toshiba products for themselves in a no- environment.”

The 'No Matter What Guarantee' campaign will run for a month from 1 April.
