Ubisoft drives Wheelman home
Within hours of Midway Games filing for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection, rumours began to fly that the Chicago-based company was shopping around its highest-profile 2009 release, The Wheelman, reports Gamespot.
The buyer name most often mentioned was Ubisoft, with some forum posters even wondering if the road-based action game might be rebranded to form part of the French publisher's Driver series.
Today, Midway and Ubisoft shot down the latter speculation by officially announcing a "strategic relationship" to distribute The Wheelman.
UT3 gets huge downloadable update
Epic Games has released more details on the Titan Pack it is readying for Unreal Tournament 3, says Shacknews.
With 5 March set as the date for its release on PC and PlayStation 3, the free Titan Pack will add 11 new maps for Deathmatch, CTF, Vehicle CTF and Warfare modes.
An additional eight maps come from the first Bonus Pack and Xbox 360 version of the game.
March DLC for Fallout 3
This March the second round of downloadable content (DLC) for Bethesda Softworks' single-player RPG Fallout 3 will be made available for Xbox 360 and PC platforms, states IGN.
On Microsoft's console it'll cost 800 Microsoft Points, or $10, and PC gamers will have to shell out a comparable $9.99.
For this bit of DLC players will wade through the smoking remains of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, where slaves and Raider masters clash.
