Ultimus, developer of business process management (BPM) has entered into a strategic global partnership with JFE Systems, a Tokyo-based user systems integrator specialising in the manufacturing sector, reports Market Watch.
This partnership allows JFE to develop margin-rich revenue streams with the Ultimus BPM solution while utilising their own manufacturing integration expertise and development teams.
Ultimus can now more effectively target the Japanese BPM market, which as part of the larger Asia-Pacific region, has demonstrated positive growth.
BNP Paribas selects Pegasystems
BNP Paribas corporate and investment banking has selected the PegaRules Process Commander platform from Pegasystems, as it looks to improve loan origination and approval workflows within the bank's large loans processing operation, states Finextra.
BNP Paribas will replace a number of existing disparate systems managing various business credit lines with the integrated Pegasystems solution, as it seeks to improve transparency across the bank's corporate loans business.
"This will deliver several important benefits at BNP Paribas," says Pegasystems' country manager, Laurent Chailley.
Bank implements Newgen
Newgen Software Technologies, a provider of BPM and enterprise content management, has secured a deal with TienPhong Bank, in Vietnam, according to PR.com.
This order marks Newgen's entry into Vietnam, further strengthening its position in South East Asia.
The bank chose the Newgen solution, consisting of OmniDocs and OmniScan, to automate its branches and provide better customer service leading to enhanced productivity and faster decision-making.
