Unica upgrades OnDemand services
Software marketing solutions provider Unica has upgraded its OnDemand product line, states Market Watch.
The software-as-a-service (SaaS) architecture uses cloud computing and content delivery network resources to improve the performance, scalability and reliability of Unica's infrastructure.

Symphion releases IT service mapping tool
Symphion, a systems integrator and end-to-end architecture provider for the enterprise, has released the next version of IT Blueprint, writes MarketWire.
The solution gives customers control over their application mapping, providing insight into the network performance issues impacting business critical services.

Rockwell, Cisco form agreement
Rockwell Automation, which supplies automated information and asset management solutions, has formed a reseller agreement with Cisco, reports Manufacturing Business Technology.
The agreement makes Rockwell a single source provider of products, support, and services for manufacturers to build industrial and enterprise-level network architectures.
“Partnering with Cisco helps our customers more easily achieve network convergence, which ultimately enhances their agility and business performance,” says Frank Kulaszewicz, vice-president and GM of the control and visualisation business at Rockwell Automation.
