Unisys in Gartner Leaders quadrant for desktop, help-desk outsourcing

Gartner has positioned Unisys Corporation in the Leaders quadrant in its North American Magic Quadrant reports: Desktop Outsourcing Services 2006 and Help-Desk Outsourcing 2006.

The Gartner Magic Quadrant reports evaluate outsourcing services providers on their completeness of vision and ability to execute.

Building on its best practices for outsourcing services, Unisys has centralised control of its global resources for networking data and managed services centres to meet the shifting needs of global organisations.

To further enhance its offerings, Unisys has made significant investments in delivery of desktop services, implementing software and hardware solutions from industry providers. These strategies have proven effective with clients who served as references for Unisys desktop services, citing Unisys's flexibility and ability to rapidly make changes.

Unisys was also positioned in the Leaders quadrant in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for US Managed and Professional Network Service Providers, in the analyst's report for the first half of 2006.
