UNM selects PMC solutions

The University of New Mexico (UNM) has chosen PMC Solutions' business process management software, inProcess, as part of a university-wide initiative to standardise, communicate and improve the school's processes, states Bizjournals.

"We're very excited about partnering with PMC Solutions because process mapping using inProcess can help give UNM a consistent, unified approach to quality management," said Jason Blankenship, a senior human resources development consultant for UNM and project leader.

UNM employees will eventually use a process Web site built by inProcess. PMC Solutions will also provide inProcess user training to ensure all UNM process builders can continue further internal process standardisation.

Rudolf Melik, Tenrox CEO, said: "The award from IT Week validates our efforts to create a solution that focuses on the growing portion of an organisation's work that is formed around collaborative projects and differentiated costs."
