Enterprise messaging has become the term to describe the intricate, sophisticated process of modern day corporate communication. From a technology point of view, Sussman says there is benefit in the integration of Microsoft Exchange 2000 and 2003 with Windows 2000 and 2003 Active Directory component.
"This definitely means a reduction on the total cost of ownership due to centralised management and the consolidation of a company`s resources, users and devices.
