Vero, New Zealand`s leading general insurance companies, has selected QPR ScoreCard as their strategic management system
Vero, one of New Zealand`s leading general insurance companies, has selected QPR ScoreCard from QPR Software`s Partner, Even Keel, as their web-based strategic management system to improve the collection, measurement and management of performance data across the organisation.
The system will be used by senior management and staff from across the company to monitor a range of performance indicators and benchmark them against targets. It will also be used to monitor progress in implementing Strategic Initiatives.
Commenting on the project, Roger Bell, Chief Executive says, "QPR will help us to more effectively align our business plan objectives with performance results, targets and action plans. It will be much easier to see how we are performing, where we are heading and how we compare to other organisations. Implementing a strategic management system of this caliber is vital if we are to achieve our goal of becoming a world class company."
The new system will provide key decision-makers with a central repository for all of their performance management requirements, delivering a consistent set of performance data from across the organisation`s different data systems, that can be viewed at any point in time, from any location, using a web browser.
"QPR ScoreCard will also deliver the flexibility and functionality that we need to allow us to adapt to the changing needs of the business - a key requirement for us when selecting a performance management system," says Roger Bell.
The QPR ScoreCard was selected from a short-list of software approved by the Balanced Scorecard Collaborative. It was found to be the most intuitive, flexible and user-friendly of all packages evaluated, while providing a comprehensive database to store company plans and results.
