Vox Telecom subsidiary Vox Datapro, which provides converged voice and data services to business customers, expects to show strong revenue growth for the fifth consecutive year, according to MD Gary Sweidan.
“We've grown by 30% or more consistently over the past four years, and we are on track to meet that target again this year,” says Sweidan. “Vox Datapro's focus on delivering innovative products and real value for money are a real draw-card in the current economic climate.”
Sweidan says Vox Datapro enjoys very low turnover of both clients and staff. “Most of our sales staff have been with us for around seven years, so they have built strong relationships and deliver excellent service that our customers really value,” he says. “Our customers also have easy access to senior management when they need it. As a result they tend to stay with us - 70% of our revenue this year is from existing customers.”
Flexibility is another advantage, adds Sweidan. “We pride ourselves on giving our customers exactly what they want,” he says. “If they want a practical, value for money solution that will do the job, we don't sell them the luxury option - although we can do that too. We deliver a critical service at good value.”
Vox Datapro recently introduced Fishbone Line Bonder, an innovative product that enables customers to pool all their available bandwidth from multiple sources, including ADSL, fibre and point-to-point wireless. “Fishbone is the best value-for-money corporate Internet access solution on the market and allows our customers to get far more out of their existing connectivity investments,” says Sweidan. “Demand for the product has been overwhelming since we launched in March and we expect it to be a strong contributor to revenue for the coming year. We are delighted by this response and are committed to launching further innovative products.”
