The Webcom Group (Webcom), an end-to-end ICT products and solutions company, has recently signed an agreement with audiovisual (AV) system integration specialist, quadroTel Consulting, in order to meet a rising demand for AV systems and installations.
The partnership is in line with Webcom's strategy of being a 'one-stop shop', offering specialist solutions and expertise to its customers.
quadroTel Consulting specialises in providing customised 'fit-for-purpose' AV solutions. Comments Paul Servant, Managing Member of quadroTel: "Demand for AV technology is rising, particularly as people are becoming increasingly familiar with the technology in their domestic environments. We are seeing a growing requirement for well-designed solutions that exude an air of professionalism in the workplace - particularly in meeting venues and the boardroom. We focus on taking the client's budget and requirements into account and designing the highest quality possible solution in line with those criteria, creating a simple 'push button' solution that is easy to use."
Webcom and quadroTel have enjoyed a longstanding working relationship in the past through working together on projects for mutual customers, and thus the decision to form an official partnership made good business sense.
"This strategic partnership enables us to strengthen our service offering to our customers, by allowing us to bring in best-of-breed solutions in areas that we do not ourselves specialise in. It allows us to focus on the networking component of installations, while offering our customers the AV equipment and system integration at the same time," says Steve Webster, CEO of the Webcom Group.
The videoconferencing element of AV systems in particular is gaining traction in the market due to pressure on organisations to save time, cut down on travel and the associated carbon emissions, and cut costs in general. Notes Servant: "We often come across the perception that conferencing solutions are highly costly, but one must consider how quickly these systems typically 'pay themselves off'. Aside from this, there are a variety of different solutions that can be designed and tailored to fit an organisations budget - allowing almost any organisation to reap the benefits of conferencing and A/V technology.”
Says Webster: "We have worked on several exciting projects with quadroTel in the past and look forward to many more to come. We hope to see our customers benefit from our tailored AV solution offering, in terms of the improved efficiencies and cost savings an expertly designed system can bring to an organisation."
